Exploring Jakarta (Part 2)

Hi there!
Here is my 2nd report of exploring Jakarta. Well, this is my favorite, because I wanna report about one of the greatest artist in Indonesia. Yups! He's Mr. Basuki Abdullah.
Well, when I was in Junior High School, I was interested in art. My teacher, Mr. Made, taught me a lot about art and the genre. So, I learn about Mr. Basuki Abdullah, a realism-naturalism artist.

I asked a friend of mine to accompany me visiting a museum in Cilandak named Basuki Abdullah Museum. Well, the building was Mr. Basuki's home at 1996. But after he passed away, the building became the museum of his masterpieces.
I was amazed to visit it. I could see the details of every paintings. I mean, WOW, how can a human make the details of a view? it takes time.

Well, here's some photo of the paintings. The tour guide said that I might take a picture, but I have to keep the distance from the canvas and there should be someone who posed with the paintings. hehehehe.

I was standing beside the painting of Sultan Hamengku Buwono IX

My partner and I posed between the paintings

Exploring Jakarta (part 1)

As a big city, Jakarta is known by its crowd and traffic jam. Besides that, Jakarta is also known as a crowd city as a centre of government and business. But, can you count how many tourism places in Jakarta?
Yeah, perhaps it’s only a few.
But as for me, Jakarta is rich of the history. Jakarta is also creative. There’s so many interesting tourism places that you can visit.

I live in South Jakarta during studying medicine. As a student, my routine is only studying or joining organization. But when I had one day off, I wondered if there’s a good place to visit in South Jakarta. So, my friend and I considered to explore some places in South Jakarta.

Hospitalis Café
It’s located in Kebayoran Baru. Well, you may imagine how unique the place is. The place looked like a hospital. It’s kinda crazy. For the first time, I thought that it was kinda creepy that I saw a man drank blood transfusion. I mean, eww..
“eww” was my first impression. But then I realized that it was not a real blood. A waiter came to us and explained their best food and beverages. So, I encouraged myself to stay and try some menu.
Well, it tasted good! You have to order that weird beverage.
Having lunch with Aulia in a unique atmosphere
Well, I don't know what kind of fluid resuscitation is this
Aulia enjoyed the 'blood transfusion like' beverage
Hahaha

Museum Layang-Layang (Kite Museum)
It’s located in Pondok Labu. When my friend and I went back to our dormitory, we were trapped in a traffic jam, so we decided to visit the museum. That was the first time for us visiting the museum. It’s a unique place.
Just by paying Rp.10,000,-, you can watch movie, join the museum tour, and learn how to make a kite. I was amazed by the kites from all around Indonesia. It was amazing that kite can be made from paper, plastics, fabric, and even leaves. And kite’s not only shaped in 2 dimension, but also 3 dimension, like shape of bird, house, dragon, etc. Then I learned how to make a kite and then I asked the tour guide to teach me how to fly a kite. Yeah!

Sexy Summer

Today I miss photoshoot so much. Some people asked me, " why do you stop posting your blog? It's so uncool."
Well, you know that I'm studying medicine so it's kinda hard for me to post on my blog. Today is a day off for me so I want to spend my time to write again. It's about sexy summer. I don't know wheter it's too late to write about that topic, but as for me, it's still a vacation. So, I hope you enjoy it!

Summer is related to beach, sunshine, sand, and so on. So, it's a very good time for tanning. HAHAHAHA.
NOPE. I ain't gonna post my picture in bikini... NEVER.

I just wanna share about my simple style wearing little jumpsuit which is so comfortable for me. Sexy doesn't mean that you have to show off your part of body. Sexy is a condition when you feel comfort and confident wearing your clothes. So, you're just gonna chin up and walk as who you are.

Make your days more colorful by wearing accessories and minimal make up. Show that you enjoy your look.
